Reko ("we", "us") is a betting-tracking tool operated from the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use reko.bet. If you have questions, contact us at hello@reko.bet.
Account details — your email address and a securely hashed password (or, if you sign in with Google/Apple, the identifier they return).
Profile — anything you choose to add: display name, username, bio, location, link, avatar.
Your betting data — the bets, stakes, odds, results and journal notes you enter or import. This is yours; we store it so we can show it back to you.
Uploads — images of betslips you submit for scanning (see "Third parties" below).
Technical data — basic logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.
To provide the tracker and its features (settlement, analytics, scanning), to secure your account, to operate public profiles you opt into, to handle billing if you subscribe, and to respond to your requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your betting data to advertise to you.
Anthropic — when you scan a betslip, the image is sent to Anthropic's API to read the text. It is used only to return the parsed bet and is not used to train their models.
Hosting — our servers are hosted in the EU (Hetzner, Germany).
Payments — if/when you subscribe, card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
Email — transactional emails (sign-up, password reset, invites) are sent via an email provider.
Your profile is private by default. Nothing is public until you turn your profile on and choose which sections to share (stats, bet log, posts). You control whether figures show as currency or points, and the public only ever sees the unit you pick. You can make your profile private again at any time.
We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and we remove your personal data, save for anything we're legally required to keep. You can request export or deletion at any time.
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Email hello@reko.bet and we'll action it. You also have the right to complain to the ICO.
Reko is for adults. You must be 18 or over to use it.
If we materially change this policy we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in-app.
